REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
YEAR-ROUND YOUTH PROGRAMS
The Prince George’s County Economic Development Corporation (EDC) is requesting proposals for comprehensive year round employability and career development services for in-school and out-of-school youth (ages 14 through 21) who resides in Prince George’s County. This request for proposal is available at the Economic Development Corporation – Workforce Services Division, 1100 Mercantile Lane, Suite 120, Largo, MD 20774 beginning Wednesday, November 30, 2011, 9:00 a.m. EST through the proposal submission deadline date of Wednesday, February 1, 2012 at 4:30 p.m. EST.
A pre-proposal conference will be held at EDC in Suite 115A on Tuesday, December 20, 2011, from 10:00 a.m. through 12:00 p.m. All potential bidders should plan to attend. Submit all questions to MBentley@pgcedc.com before Wednesday, December 14, 2011 by 4:30 p.m. EST. Any and all questions will be discussed at the conference.

After being placed on the Bidders' List, failure to respond to any Invitations to Bids, Requests for Proposals or Requests for Quotations will be understood by the Prince George's County Economic Development Corporation-Workforce Services Division's to indicate a lack of interest and will result in the removal of the vendor from the Bidders' List for the item(s) concerned.
